Tim Haas

Tim is a self-made chef from Northwestern North Carolina, with over 18-years experience in gourmet cooking. Public speaking is a vital part of his job as well as lecturing in front of large audiences. He has been always been in the kitchen with his favorite tools in hand chopping, dicing, and slicing anything he can get his hands on.

Jan Beane

Jan enjoys planting anything that will grow in the dirt of her native Northwestern North Carolina home including herbs, flowers, vegetables, and fruits. She has a lifetime of experience in canning, freezing and cooking the foods grown in her garden.

Combining their love of cooking and gardening, together they hosted the television show "From the Garden to the Kitchen".
