| 3 TBS. butter 2 cloves garlic minced ½ cup minced onion ½ cup cubed carrots 2 cups cauliflower ½ cup sour cream 4 cups chicken stock ½ heavy cream In stock pot melt butter and sauté onions, carrots, and garlic until tender. Add chicken stock and bring to a rolling boil. Add cauliflower and allow to cook until tender. Mash up the cauliflower a bit and add remaining ingredients along with salt and pepper to taste. Turn the heat down to a simmer and serve hot. Enjoy. | |
