| 2-3 cups fresh French style green beans 1 clove garlic minced 1 TBS olive oil 2 TBS butter Salt and pepper to taste. In boiling water add green beans and allow to boil for about a minute. Remove and add to ice water to cool. Remove and dry the green beans. In sauté pan add olive oil and 2 TBS butter and garlic and sauté for about a minute. Do not allow the garlic to burn. Add green beans and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add to decorative bowl. Top with remaining butter salt and pepper and serve. | |
