Herb Crusted Porkloin with wild mushroom and cream sauce
Pork loin
4 cubes each DOROT dried herbs garlic, basil, parsley
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp round coriander seed
Salt/pepper to taste
1 TBS Fresh rosemany
Mix all ingredients together and spead over top of Pork Loin and bake at 350 degree oven until internal temperture reaches 160 degrees. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before you serve it. Enjoy.
Mushroom Sauce for pork
Olive oil
2 cubes DOROT FOODS Garlic minced
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 cup chopped Mushrooms
Salt/pepper to taste
2 cubes Dried thyme (DOROT)
1/4 cup Sherry
1/2 cup Chicken stock
2 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS Cornstarch
3 TBS cold Water
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan except for last two ingredients until cooked. Mix cornstarch and water together until mixed well and add to hot mixture until thickened. Serve over Pork Loin and Enjoy.....
