Trout fillets

Salt and pepper to taste
Tear off a sheet of aluminum foil, large enough to fold over the trout. Place trout fillet in foil with skin side down. Place several pieces of butter on trout with slices of lemons. Season with fresh thyme and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze a little lemon juice over entire prepared trout. Fold aluminum foil over trout. This can be placed directly on grill. Cooking time will vary depending on size of the trout fillets and temperature of grill. Allow about 1 to 2 minutes per ounce of trout. Trout should be moist and fork-tender.
