Spicy Shrimp Linguine

1 pound extra large shrimp (15-20 ct.) peeled, deveined and tails removed
1 pound linguine pasta
1/3 cup lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
4 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 TBS. olive oil
3 TBS. butter

  In a pasta pot bring water to a rolling boil and add pasta and cook for about 8 minutes.  While pasta is cooking, melt butter and olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.  Add garlic, and shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.  Take off heat and add remaining ingredients and stir.  Add pasta and toss.  Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.  Garnish with sliced lemons and a bunch of fresh parsley.
