| 4-5 Sweet potatoes washed ½ lightly packed brown sugar 1 TBS cinnamon 1 TBS butter 1 tsp nutmeg Zest of 1 orange Juice of ½ orange Bake off the sweet potatoes until fork tender. Remove peel carefully and add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mash together. Serve in decorative bowl and enjoy. This is a simple side dish to Tim and Jan’s glazed ham. | |
