HERBED GOAT CHEESE LOG8 oz plain Goat cheese
1/4 cup Fresh chopped herbs of your choice.(I used parsley, thyme, and basil)
Water crackers &/or
Toasted baguette
Maybe triangle toast
Roll cheese into log and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Chopped your herb blend of choice and then roll your chilled goat cheese log
On cutting board where you chopped the herbs. Coat log well and serve.
