Southern Fresh with Tim and Jan aired for the first time the first week in May. It is carried nationally on RFD-TV and regionally on MTN TV 18 covering parts of the North Carolina mountain areas.
Tim and Jan invited friends and fans to a cocktail party to celebrate and watch the first episode of the new program. It was held at a beautiful place called The Crestwood Inn. Located just a few miles from Blowing Rock, NC the setting and the weather were absolutely ideal. The music was provided by the Dave Fox group and it too, was ideal for the event.
